OUR STORY
I’m Ahmet Bilgen, owner and chef of Factor Vi Sitges.
This restaurant represents the culmination of a journey spanning more than 20 years, across 7 countries and 3 continents, working in the kitchens of five stars hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
Working in Spain, as well as in Dubai, Moscow, Baku, Shanghai, and Addis Ababa, has given me a solid technical foundation and a deep understanding of diverse culinary cultures.
I am now taking on this new challenge with great enthusiasm and excitement.
