Coming back to Sitges this year, I made sure to return — and it did not disappoint. We had dinner there twice and tried a wide range of dishes. Every single one was spot on. The balance of flavours is exceptional, and the presentation is just as impressive. You can really see the attention to detail in every plate. The service is both warm and highly professional, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The cocktails were also fantastic and perfectly crafted. We even had the chance to chat briefly with the chef/owner, who is clearly passionate about his work and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended.
